Vigente.

The Mojácar Outlet Fair will open its doors for the first time next Friday 1st of March and will stay open until Sunday 3rd of March.

The Mojácar Multi-Uses Centre will be the location for this Local Council initiative, organised through the Local Authority’s Trade Department. The opening is scheduled for 5pm and the official inauguration at 7pm, followed by enjoying a free concert by the group “Los Kaliqueños” in which they will cover the main bands on the national scene of yesterday and today: Fito & Fitipaldis, Celtas Cortos, Rosario Flores, among others, hence cover versions of up to more than 40 artists, delighting the public.

On Saturday 2nd of March, the doors of the Mojácar Outlet fair will be open from 10 in the morning until eight in the evening, with children's workshops from 5pm run by the “Ciencia Divertida” (Fun Science) group, who incorporate topics related to science and its curiosities in their clever suggestions and games.

On Sunday the 3rd of March the fair will be open from 10am until 2pm, when it will come to an end, although from 11.30am. to 1pm the very youngest and children can continue having fun with workshops and children's games.

Purchasers at the fair will be given gift vouchers that can be exchanged at participating bars like Habanero, the Senior Citizens' bar, Duende de la Tapa and Los Cuatro bar.

You’ll be able to find different kinds of products at the fair, whether clothes, crafts, animals, traditional products, beauty or any activity for possible sale. Outlet fairs are shopping events already established in the main cities and are very popular.

The main aim of this initiative is so that local businesses can display their products with interesting discounts to encourage purchases, making it easy for the buyer to acquire products of interest, and to attract local tourism as an opportunity to give life to the municipality and trade in low season. At the same time, it represents an opportunity for local businesses to offer their products at interesting prices so that they can be purchased at a good price, as well as to spend a pleasant day shopping with friends or family. Participation is free, as is entry.
