Action 2.1 - Cycling Route
A continuous cycling route of nearly seven kilometers has been developed along the coastal front, extending the existing sections on the AL-5107 and connecting the boundary with Garrucha to the north with the Macenas residential area to the south. The action combines bike lanes, cycle paths and shared platforms with cyclist priority to promote safer, healthier and more sustainable trips.
