Action 1.1 - Climate Change Adaptation and Prevention Measures
Green areas have been expanded through the planting of native species adapted to the warm, saline climate, creating natural shade in open, sports and children's spaces. The action also includes surface channels made of natural stone and storm drains to collect rainwater, control runoff and protect the coastal front and beach sand during periods of heavy rain.
