Action 3.5 - Town Entrance Perimeter Monitoring
A road traffic analysis system has been deployed using eight smart cameras installed at the main entrances to Mojácar. Thanks to artificial vision algorithms, the equipment can classify vehicles and track traffic intensity, average speeds and movements at access points. This information enables more effective traffic management, improves response capacity, and helps prevent congestion at the busiest points.
