A charity concert of Moors and Christian marches was held at the Mojácar Multi-Uses Centre last week, organised by the municipality’s local Red Cross Association municipality and with the collaboration of Mojácar Council.
The event was attended by the Mayor Francisco García, together with the Culture Councillor, Noemí Linares, the Social Affairs Councillor, Rosa María Cano, and the Tourism Councillor, María Gracia Alarcón, who together with all those who went along were able to enjoy the concert by the Municipal Music Band.
Mojácar residents participated by attending, hence collaborating with the initiative and helping to raise money for the Red Cross which serves to finance its activities and the assistance it offers to the community.
A charity event that stirred the interest of those who went along in the upcoming celebration of the Moors and Christians festivities in the municipality on the 14th, 15th and 16th of June, when they can once again enjoy this music and all the celebrations.
